Solder paint is a homogeneous combination of fine solder powder (both leaded and lead-free alloys) suspended in a highly active zinc chloride-based flux. The paint is suitable for soldering various materials and can be applied using a brush or spray onto cold surfaces without the need for degreasing. Due to the type of flux, the soldering process residues are corrosive and should be removed.
