ALPHA® Exactalloy® Washers in tape and reel packaging service SMT soldering operations for through hole components. Our washers feature integrated flux which allows for secondary paste-free reflow and are sized to fit over connector pins or any type of through hole component used in an SMT assembly application.
Washers are placed with specialized vacuum nozzles which can be obtained from most pick and place machine suppliers. In addition to standard alloys, washers are also available in low temperature alloys.
