Solder paste is the homogeneous and consistent mixture of solder balls in stabilized flux.

Our solder pastes are used for soldering SMD components on printed circuit boards (PCB).

They are available in a wide variety of metal alloys, with lead-free, no-clean, halogen-free technologies. The paste is available in jars and syringes.
